We require very little from the school except for the following:

 

At least one staff member from the Technology department present throughout the day.

 

Adequate space in which to work; this will be discussed with you on enquiry.  Large projects can be run outside or in a hall and smaller projects in a class room or hall.

 

It is the schools responsibility to ensure adequate workshop first aid facilities are available.

 

Students to have a packed lunch and clothes suitable to work in.  If the project is scheduled to be outside, consideration must be given to this when choosing clothing.

 

It is the schools responsibility to dispose of waste materials from the builds.
