Kids love throwing missiles! Tod's team believe in action not words; they are experienced at providing exciting, dynamic, hands-on engineering events to students of all ages. I was very impressed with the competence and energy brought to providing a quick-result, large-scale catapult project which immediately had my students building the machine with their own hands and then firing missiles competitively. You will not find a more inspiring event for KS3/ KS4 students. - Phil Collins, technology teacher.

• Really enjoyed the challenge of testing and improving our crane
• What a great day! Packed full of fun but also quite testing for us mentally
• Can we have Tod back again to do a different activity? He made the day really interesting and it was the best engineering day we have ever had.
• The fact that our team won is not the only reason that we thought it was a fantastic event and we would like to do it over and over again.
• Tod’s team were brilliant – we really learnt a lot and it fitted in with our science lessons where we are learning about stresses and strains – it also helped that I really enjoy Maths
• I’ve always thought that I would like to consider engineering as a career option and now I’m going to investigate it further… I didn’t realise engineering could be such fun
